GSD is a unique program enhancement that goes beyond traditional cultural training by actually imbedding cultural competence and intelligence components into workforce learning and leadership development programs.By using the GSD competency model to embed cultural information into your skill development programs, the capacity for individuals and organizations to function effectively within the context of the cultural beliefs, behaviors, values, and needs of various cultural groups within the organization will be accelerated.
