Inter-Cultural Training
We raise awareness of one's own cultural orientation to identify the benefits of managing, working and/or living in a diverse environment, enhancing productivity by easing conflicts among diverse working groups.
Global LT's Inter-Cultural Programs vary in length and focus:
All of Global LT's Inter-Cultural Training Programs are customized based on a corporate needs analysis, which is best accomplished in a focus group. During this analysis, our trainers work with company representatives to determine what particular concerns your employees are facing, what cultures are represented, and what challenges exist.
Through guided conversation and a series of questions, these experienced trainers ascertain the best approach for the training. Knowing the diversity of your work force and defining the objectives of the proposed training assist our training and development team in designing a program that is right for you. Following this assessment, our training department prepares an outline of the program with proposed goals and learning objectives for your review. In all of our Cultural Training courses, a primary goal is to raise awareness of one’s own cultural orientation in order to understand that behaviors are not right or wrong, good or bad - just different.
