Global LT, founded in 1979, has been a certified minority owned business for over 30 years. Our mission is to provide best-in-class language services to global companies, enabling their employees to live and work successfully anywhere in the world. Our services include language training, cultural training, translation solutions and expatriate relocation services.

 

We are headquartered in Troy, Michigan, with offices located globally in Los Angeles, San Jose, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Boston, London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Together, we successfully fulfill our clients' requests.

 

Global LT is owned by Hortensia Albertini, who is our founder and President along with her daughter Lisette Poletes, CEO and Secretary of the Board. Both bring a multicultural facet to the business, with a Cuban heritage.

 

Global LT started as a home-based language training company, with Ford Motor Company as its first client. Now, over 30 years later, Global LT is a global company serving companies around the world.
