Who We are

We at Global LT are a culturally-diverse, global team, dedicated to providing excellent customer service.  Although many differences exist among us – cultures, backgrounds, experiences, styles, languages, approaches and ideas –we value and respect the things that make each of us unique.  In fact, we not only embrace our diversity but leverage it for the benefit of our customers, as we embody the people who seek us out for our services.  Many of us have had the experience of an expatriate - relocating, learning a new language and becoming familiar with another culture.  Because we’ve ‘walked in their shoes’, we have developed the know-how to provide the best service for our clients.

Despite our differences, we are very much united in our desire to serve the customer and go the extra mile for them.  Satisfying our customers requires all of our involvement and effort….every department is counted on to provide support.  We are like a chain of people helping, linked together around the world in an effort to deliver the best service.  We believe each of our jobs is paramount to the company’s success.  We know that Hortensia built this company from the ground up, and it’s exciting to share this journey with her and see just how far we can grow together.

What We Provide

Our offerings are as diverse as our employees.  Our portfolio includes four distinct products – language training, cultural training, translation services and destination services – and we provide them in a multitude of languages and cultures.  Our services are customized to fit the special needs of each client.  As a global company, we deliver our services anywhere in the world with the help of our network of dedicated service providers.
