No matter why the foreign assignment ends, each returning expat experiences challenges upon reentry into the culture he/she once called home. Global LT's training is customized to address the needs of each member of the repatriating family. Acknowledging the many transitions experienced during the expat assignment, we consider the importance of goal setting, the adjustment to a once familiar community, management of both employee and spouse's careers and the importance of maintaining realistic expectations. Global LT offers follow up sessions after program completion to further support the returning expats. Training length: 2 days (+ongoing process of preparation and follow up).
