(Troy) – December 17, 2010. In the spirit of the holiday season, Global LT gave back to the many wonderful service providers who delivered training, translations or destination services to the company’s customers in 2010. At a holiday party at the company’s Troy headquarters, Global LT said, ‘thank you’ and ‘happy holidays’ to the men and women who provided services this past year.
Despite the challenge of an economy struggling to recover, 2010 is proving to be a tremendous year for Global LT, a leading provider of language training, cultural training, translations and expatriate destination services. The holiday party is one way Global LT expresses gratitude to the talent that has been instrumental in making this year so successful. In attendance at the event in Troy were over 50 language instructors, cultural trainers, translators, interpreters and relocation specialists. They were hosted by Global LT employees and the company’s founder and president, Hortensia Albertini. According to Ms. Albertini, this is a favorite time of year around Global LT. “The offices are all decorated, we have wonderful food, our wonderful employees and, of course, our service providers who really are special and like family to us. It’s the time of year when we can stop and really acknowledge the people who, year after year, make us what we are.”
The guests enjoyed hearty hors d’oeuvres, holiday desserts and a beverage bar featuring soft drinks, coffee, tea, and beer and wine. All in all…a good time was had by all!
