Global LT Honored as Diversity Focused Business

has been selected by Corp! Magazine as a Diversity Focused Company. Global LT will be recognized in the magazine’s annual Salute to
Diversity issue and honored at a special event on October 14, 2008.
According to Suzanne Smulsky, Global LT Marketing & Communications’ Director, the company is being recognized as Diversity Focused because
it clearly defines and monitors diversity success and demonstrates how diversity efforts add value to the company. States Smulsky,
‘As a language and cultural services provider, we’re very aware of the importance of our staff reflecting our customer base. At last count,
we had 21 different languages spoken at our company locations. We truly believe that diversity is a key ingredient in our 30-year success.’
Jennifer Kluge, Corp! Publisher, says the magazine is highlighting diversity in the broadest sense. ‘As we all know, diversity is practiced
at many levels, including race, gender, ethnicity, multiculturalism and more. This issue and awards program is a celebration of Michigan’s
diverse communities and businesses which strengthen our state and is a source of pride for us all.’ A total of 56 diversity winners will be
profiled in the magazine’s Salute to Diversity issue and will be honored at an event on October 14 at the Troy Marriott. The Salute to
Diversity event is sponsored by General Motors, Compuware, DTE Energy, Marriott Troy and the Michigan Business and Professional Association.
